馬國賢在2023年宣布與小16歲韓國籍女友結婚，並於同年迎接兒子「小太陽」出生，可謂是雙喜臨門，而馬國賢已經53歲，要養育新生兒是不小的考驗，近日他到「聚焦2.0」提及體能大不如前，爬樓梯或快走時容易上氣不接下氣，嚴重甚至胸口會出現刺痛感，讓他擔憂是否為心肌梗塞找上門，幸好慢慢調整呼吸後沒有大礙，也讓馬國賢意識到自己「確實有些年紀了」。Horn antenna
