1.「我將這些事對你們說了，是要叫你們在我裏面有平安。在世上你們有苦難，但你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。」（約16:33）

These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have affliction, but take courage; I have overcome the world.

2.「那臨到你們的試誘，無非是人所能受的；神是信實的，必不容你們受試誘過於所能受的，祂也必隨著試誘開一條出路，叫你們能忍受得住。」（林前10:13）

No temptation has taken you except that which is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow that you be tempted beyond what you are able, but will, with the temptation, also make the way out, that you may be able to endure it.

3.「你們要將一切的憂慮卸給神，因為祂顧念你們。」（彼前5:7）

Casting all your anxiety on Him because it matters to Him concerning you.

4.「因我們並非有一位不能同情我們軟弱的大祭司，祂乃是在各方面受過試誘，與我們一樣，只是沒有罪。所以我們只管坦然無懼的來到施恩的寶座前，為要受憐憫，得恩典，作應時的幫助。」（來4:15-16）

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all respects like us, yet without sin. Let us therefore come forward with boldness to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace for timely help.

5.「我們為你們所存的盼望是確定的，知道你們既是同受苦難，也必照樣同受安慰。」（林後1:7）

And our hope for you is firm, knowing that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also you are of the comfort.

6.「但那全般恩典的神，就是那曾在基督耶穌裏召你們進入祂永遠榮耀的，等你們暫受苦難之後，必要親自成全你們，堅固你們，加強你們，給你們立定根基。」（彼前5:10）

But the God of all grace, He who has called you into His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself perfect, establish, strengthen, and ground you.

7.「在那時期你們要歡騰，儘管目前在諸般的試煉中，或許必須暫時憂愁，叫你們信心所受的試驗，比那經過火的試驗仍會毀壞之金子的試驗，更為寶貴，可以在耶穌基督顯現的時候，顯為可得稱讚、榮耀和尊貴的；」（彼前1:6-7）

In which time you exult, though for a little while at present, if it must be, you have been made sorrowful by various trials, So that the proving of your faith, much more precious than of gold which perishes though it is proved by fire, may be found unto praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

8.「忍受試煉的人有福了，因為他既受試驗得了稱許，就必得著生命的冠冕，這是主應許給那些愛祂之人的。」（雅1:12）

Blessed is the man who endures trial, because when he has become approved by testing, he will receive the crown of life, which He promised to those who love Him.
