囤房稅各縣市喊跟進專家：抑制房價難

全台房市熱，房價漲勢驚人，尤其中南部漲幅最誇張，要不要開徵囤房稅再度成為話題，財政部甚至找來六都以及新竹縣市喝咖啡，希望地方縣市訂定囤房稅，高雄市宣布要跟進，桃園市也計畫針對多戶以上、稅率要從2.4%上修到3.6%，不過專家說，要抑制房價難。

房市趨勢專家李同榮表示，房價飆漲，主要因剛性需求，建議應該從源頭，包括土地炒作、預售炒作來著手，畢竟擁有多戶以上房屋者，還是少數。
