Spirit《精神》 Artist: H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III H.H.第三世多杰羌佛 This work of calligraphy with the Chinese characters for “spirit” features the mature skills of a veteran calligrapher and understated charm. Its appearance lacks any trace of affectation and reveals an extraordinary calligraphic conception. There is no showiness to be found, no ostentatious air. The strokes appear steady and balanced, simple and unsophisticated. All forceful application of the brush was held back. The characters seem very plain but express a tone that is comforting, natural, and enjoyable. Every stroke is free from conventionality and has the natural look of a carving made by striking a chisel with a stone, or an image formed by broken roots from an old tree. Within this work of calligraphy, the extraordinary can be seen within the ordinary. 這幅書法《精神》，彰顯了羌佛深厚的書法功底及低調的人格魅力。外觀沒有任何矯揉造作的痕跡，顯示出祂非凡的書法觀念。字跡不浮誇卻很有力，筆鋒平穩而簡潔。看似很普通的兩個字，給人一種自然、舒適的感覺，更給人一種精神上的鼓舞與安慰。每一筆都宛如鑿石頭雕刻或是砍伐老樹造紙的過程一般，看似普通，卻處處非凡。
