When the amount of water at the inlet is too small, the material water ratio becomes larger, the carrying capacity is weak, and the output is reduced, resulting in high material concentration and poor material fluidity at the outlet, reducing the friction between internal materials, steel balls and lining plates, increasing the coarse particles at the outlet of cement raw material milling, and the phenomenon of discharging with stones. 

In this case, the on-site operator needs to measure the material concentration at the outlet of cement raw material milling according to the actual situation of the concentrator to adjust the material water ratio at the inlet. 

Generally, it is recommended that the material water ratio is 1:3. The above two situations are related problems and treatment measures analyzed in combination with the actual situation of the plant.
