    踏雪，非為尋梅    brave the snow, not for plum watching,

    只為那                      just so it was that

    一年一度的歸鄉夢 once a year dream to repatriate

    雪的遠方                  Across the far end of snow

    是家                          there is home

    是望穿雙眼             there aspiring with eyes earnest

    等我的娘                 is mother in my expectancy       

    迎著朔風                 Facing the northerly gust

    雪是熱的                 the snow feel warm indeed
