The author has been conducting a field investigation in the north of Hakka area since 2009. It has been explored that various features are embedded with three counties of Hakka district. It involves metropolitan Taoyuan, culture has been flourished of Hsinchu, as well as unsophisticated and conventional Miaoli. These counties have different disparities and converge into multi Hakka styles. 

The moderator is about to explore three Hakka images. One is Public Art of government agency and industry; another is landscaping works of community ; the other is traditional industries. Also, it combines the moderator’s social service- curriculum with the theme of Hakka of beautifying Yangmei community. By doing so, it will be able to support the research in the hands- on teaching experience as well as strength the Art of Hakka and the research of public Hakka population. 

In the research focus on field investigation, practical, and academic study. With the aim of respecting the meaning of the Hakka image in the chronological sequence. According to academic research data, Hakkaology is lack of Public Art, community beautification, and cross-boarder of traditional industry to explore Hakka image as a token. In the study, it could be discovered the neo-aesthetics of Taiwanese Hakka Culture. Except for the Public Art in government-industry and beautification in community, the research attempts to break through whether join these issues including Hakka identity, reduced landscaping works, or preserved relics into Hakka image or not.  Improving disorderly space is beneficial to beautify the surroundings. It fits Culture and Arts Reward Act and the goal of comprehensive community construction. On the other hand, these monumental relics have representative meaning for the natives. The study is going to cut to the point in northern Hakka area culture and the development of Arts since 1987s. Moreover, it deepening the possibility of immigration for Hakka Culture.
