睡眠，占了每個人人生至少三分之一的時光！與床共枕眠的時光這麼長，但你知道嗎？由於台灣天氣潮濕，看似乾淨潔白的床墊、枕頭，容易充滿大量塵蹣、易誘發人過敏，若不想飽受塵蟎之苦，建議學習家事達人的簡易清除床墊、清理枕頭法，讓塵蹣不再靠近你！

溼氣重、高溫，是台灣的氣候特徵，也是塵蹣最容易生長的環境！居家環境中的床墊、棉被、枕頭或地毯，易藏有大量塵蟎。尤其是床墊與枕頭，因每天與人體長時間親密接觸，易造成人體過敏發癢，因此，如何除去床墊與枕頭的塵蹣十分重要！

床墊因體積大、較難以清洗，因此常保通風是最重要的事！家事達人林素芬在蘋果日報報導中表示，若是因水或尿讓床墊弄濕，建議使用乾淨毛巾加小蘇打水擦拭後，再用吹風機或電扇吹乾，或將床墊立在通風處待其自然風乾。

林素芬也提醒，若您家床墊的其中一面為草蓆編製，最好至少3日左右就得以濕布擦拭草編床墊，避免人體汗水沾黏在草蓆中、減少塵蟎與細菌滋生。

寢具中另一項與睡眠有關的「枕頭」，也容易藏有細菌與塵蹣！達人譚敦慈在TVBS報導中表示，除了每天都會使用迷你吸塵器重複清除被單、枕頭、床單外，她每日還會將毛巾鋪在枕頭上，避免頭髮上的造型品或細菌直接與枕頭接觸，常保安全。

除了採取毛巾隔離之外，譚敦慈也會定期清洗枕頭套，再將枕頭套曝曬於陽光下自然晾乾，若發現枕頭變形、則建議直接更新枕頭(枕心)，才不會在不知不覺中遭受塵蹣攻擊。
