找對的人,做對的事

任誰都知道,有待改善的施政效能與兩岸關係,是當前國家及經濟發展的絆腳石。要找出路,解鈴還須繫鈴人。

自古民不與官鬥,企業家更知道明哲保身,怎會輕率挑釁官衙?但是,為了促產條例二擇一新制,企業家們竟然串連一氣,聯袂上衙門討公道;台積電董事長張忠謀更直批:「施政走偏了!」

另一頭,早結下樑子的聯電董事長曹興誠,也不滿聯電因美國財報重編被罰,砲轟主管機關在掛狗牌、搞文革。其他為了兩岸政策遲不開放、心頭暗罵執政者的,還不知凡幾。

執政黨選舉新敗,立法院中又灰頭土臉,還有一串待追究的弊案。企業家們這個節骨眼連手上陣,難道不怕也被冠上搞「柔性政變」的大帽子?

沒說企業家們嗆聲就是對的,國有國法,政有政策,將本求利也要有個譜。問題是,企業家若不能安心做生意,那裡不能去,這裡又打擺子,事事沒個準,好漢也被逼上梁山。

管理大師彼得杜拉克說:「管理最重要的目的,是讓組織的每一個成員能安心工作。」政府的任務之一,無非就是要讓企業能安心做生意。

如今企業家的不安心,來自於政府的失能或不作為。追本溯源,若非當政者趕快「做對的事」,不然就得換成「找對的人」來做這些事。

那麼誰來袒護執政者?? 誰來聚財斂財?? 誰來當打手??

Well put in the subject.  This is the biggest problem I noticed in the Taiwan society.  Parents do know how to be a good parents, teachers do not how to educate their students, management does not know how to manage, government does not know how to govern their people. 

I am glad to share our lives and read the articles from people like you.  We have to admit that lots of people are misplaced in their current position, in a family, in the private industry, and of course in the government.  This is why happiness becomes luxuary for most people in Taiwan, and effectness is hardly the key subjects.  Why don't we set a rule for people to measure everyone's performance, then make the decision in the review.  Once we set the right short term, mi-term and long term objective for our lives, we would live happier. 

In my group, the commitments are made mostly by people in my group, not from the management.  When we missed the target, our team members would know to admit it, then ask for help. Isn't this the so-called "accountability"?
