3-Hour Sleep

This is a book I just borrowed yesterday lunchtime.

I finished the reading just now.

Nothing very "WOW".

I still wanna keep a note here:

1. Get up promptly, at the same time each day.

2. Strech and yarn after waking up in the morning.

3. Look at sun/ feel sun light/ close to window during morning awakening.

4. 6 hours is sufficient, do not sleep equal to/over 8 hours.

That's all.

I'll return the book tomorrow noon.
