Good news!
My mom and I are keen on eating nature foods recently.
Since we felt the act of eating meat products is very cruel.
Then we started to eat more vegetables and
wholesome foods instead of meat.
There is no doubt that vegetables are good for our health.
They are beneficial to our bodies and minds.
After eating healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits or nuts,
both mother and I get tranquil minds.
In addition,
good nutrition helps we have more energy than before.
Healthy eating is a chance for us to expand our range of
choices of foods.
We start to buy some nature foods such as
walnuts, black sesame powder and pumpkin seeds.
Even though we want to try a wide variety of healthy foods.
Now we are wondering
how we can eat more organic food and spend less.
We find out the healthy foods is more expensive than meat.
However,
we won't give up eating wholesome foods.
Wholesome foods is a great source of nutrients.
