今天不談吃 | 吞下 McDemocracy 之後...

李登輝時代：行政體系還能夠運作
陳水扁時代：行政體系崩解為一團混亂
馬英九時代：天真到以為行政體系還能夠運作...

馬做為 "CEO"，上任後沒有立即跳下去整頓，是天真加身段問題；沒有炒掉已僵壞的 "Middle Management"，是沒魄力、婦人之仁。

但是，在咱們這被老美塞了個油滋滋 "McDemocracy" 速食式「麥克民主」的亞洲 No.2 先進民主之地(依先來後到，No.1 當然是菲律賓)...

既然先選了阿扁(還兩次喔！)、然後又選了小馬，大夥就好好承受這稀泥行政體系吧。

這篇夠短... 因為這裡的雨水下完了、淹了又退了，但是口水永遠噴不完(如果口水口業都算 Per Capita/人均 GDP，那肯定舉世無雙、超英趕美)。

這次事件的所有消息，其實網路上發的很快，大家也都回應的很快，不過媒體的生態就是這樣，一波消息來了就掩蓋了前一波的消息～所以前總統的新聞很快就消失了，但，並不是不存在。

我常常覺得台灣人真的是樂觀開朗，很多事情只關注在現在，所以對於當下發生的事情充滿了情緒反應，卻缺乏記取教訓這塊，甚至懷著過去的事，已經不重要了，因為它已經過去了，隔沒幾年，又重演一次。

對於現任政府，我感覺到它是一個由菁英所組成的政府，菁英，或許是過於理性與自制能力強，相對於一般人也就缺乏同情心，這是不好的，他們不懂早已通知村民遷村，但村民卻不遷村的原因，他們也不懂村民只想吃自己的食物而非便當。不去探究問題的根源，卻要片面的解決掉問題，將會引發更嚴重的後果。菁英政府必須要了解一點，他們所治理的人民是普羅大眾，各式各樣的人都有，必須要懷抱著更加寬廣的胸懷去處理這些狀況。

附帶額外的一點，既然是政治，就要會唱戲，因為它就是一個政治舞台，既然已經踏上舞台，就盡心盡力的唱一齣戲，要不，就不要踏上這舞台，不要又想唱戲又想教書，觀眾是不吃這套的。

我們的確『缺乏記取教訓』的認知與能力。此地『觀眾』(約等同於選民們)口味早已被養成重鹹劇辣，我看豬哥亮還挺適合的，他至少能選上一任立委吧？

我老爹老娘在罵馬英九的時候，我就想到我們到底要什麼樣的領導人，要調和鼎鼐，方方面面都要顧及好，就像當今立法院長，又要有魄力，勇於任事，就像現在在土城那位(我是說汙錢的魄力)。又要守法守紀。

我想說，你們還是去選聖人吧。

so does "that man" deserve to keep telling lies?
if "that man" wasn't capable of overseeing the building of the maokong gondola and the neihu mrt, should the public entrust "that man" with the re-building of the disaster area?

it's time for him to step down. legislators of ROC must act. representatives of ROC must act. "that man" must either step down or be forced down and allow the current vice-president, who has the experience, to take over this arduous task!

the current vice president is a former premier. the current premier is a former vice-premier. they all had a chance to "manage" a disaster under former president LTH and you're still attributing the faults to former president CSB? please!

mcdemocracy. reminds me of Jackie Chan's comment on being "too free". people who reaped the benefits of this "mcdemocracy" and yet turning around to bite the hands that fed them (and saved their lives). where would these refugees be if it weren't for "mcdemocracy"?

japan ate up "mcdemocracy". look how it turned out.

it's true that naiveté often couple with incompetence

"too free" could become a bad thing when people simply don't understand the parameter of Freedom & abuse it

japan is usually exluded from Asia in these discussions(well, at least the Japanese people think this way too). they still have an Emperor & the ruling LDP party has been in power for almost 54 years

我都懶的看那些罵來罵去的文章跟視頻了

救災效率是低落也有很多需要改進

但也沒必要每句話每件事大大小小都要拿來評論吧

我對國內的事很關心，可惜訊息多由 youtube 上的名嘴而來。這兩天很灰心，因為大家就是一直罵啊罵的。並非想替馬政府開脫，但是好像這些官員真的沒有大家口中罵的那麼壞吧？是有很多可改善的地方，但是何必硬把人的每句話、做的每件事，都往最糟糕的方面聯想？為什麼非要把自己民選出來官員的人性講的豬狗不如？很多救災人員已經很久沒有睡覺了。

不知世界或人類歷史上到底存不存在一個能夠妥善運用臺灣有限的資源、又能把救災工作做到讓國人滿意的政府或領導人？

這兒的名嘴們，還真不太值得佔用 YouTube 頻寬呢...

當評論者成了名嘴，賺錢就排第一了；就像有人問某噴口水節目主持人是否還是媒體人？答案竟是理直氣壯的『我已經是 Entertainer 了！』。大家自然上窮碧落下黃泉把大大小小人事罵個夠，才能滿足重口味的本地觀眾、然後領通告費囉

半世紀最大水災，雖然救災行政效率低落，但誰來都一樣(除非集權國家)

that is absolutely a bad sign( I think I did second to your opinion already in Clara's blog- her trip to Philippines...) especially when returning from Caribean( thank God and my kids we did not have to visit Disney this year!)
