Delicate relationships are like sand held in hand. When we hold it loosely, with an open hand, the sand remains there. When we squeeze tightly in order to hold more, the sand slips through our fingers. A relationship is like that, when we hold loosely with respect and freedom toward others, the interaction will become more intimate and sweeter; when we hold too tightly and possessively, the relationship may slip away and get lost.
