建構「發展性幼教師教學輔導系統」

之行動研究

摘要

本研究旨在以行動研究修訂發展性教學輔導系統之歷程,研究者關注到學前教育沒有幼教師教學輔導系統,因此研究者嘗試修訂一套適用學前機構的教學輔導系統。首先與教師群進行討論初稿,擬定與實施行動策略,請專家給與意見修正,採取行動執行將修正後進行幼教師自評試測、教室觀察、同儕觀察、成長計畫等方式,實施試驗輔導系統的可行性,研究者根據行動研究建構出「發展性幼教師教學輔導系統」

本研究在行動歷程中主要發現在第一階段修訂教學輔導項目時應考量幼教師所處教學生態環境及其個別需求,第二階段試驗歷程中透過「同儕意見報告」建立專業社群的對話互相分享教學技巧,提升教學的成就感;教室觀察對資深教師提供具體行為,肯定幼教師讓幼教師再燃起工作熱忱。最後驗證「發展性幼教師教學輔導系統」在幼兒園實施是可行的,實施歷程中幼教師的主要轉變和成長,在於改變昇華自己的教學觀;以尊重、傾聽幼教師的教學信念,才能使教學輔導更為成功。

Summary
This study aimed to examine modifications to the development of action-guidance system of teaching the course, The researcher concerns that

there is no pre-school child teaching guidance system, the researcher attempted to amend a set applied to the teaching of pre-school institutions tutoring system. First draft for discussion with the teachers group, the development and implementation of operational strategies, experts’ amended advice to take action to implement the revised self-assessment test for measuring young teachers, classroom observations, peer observation, growth plans, etc., the implementation of test counseling feasibility of the system, Based on the action research, the researcher constructs the "Development Of The Child Teaching Guidance System."
In this study, the main course of action found in the first phase of revision of teaching mentoring program in which teachers should consider teaching environment and individual needs, through the course of the second phase of testing, "peer opinion report" to establish professional community dialogue and teaching skills, enhance the teaching accomplishment; classroom observation serves a way to provide the specific behavior that will re-ignite teachers work ethic. Finally, verify that "the development of the child teaching guidance system" in kindergarten implementation is feasible,
 Implementation process of the primary teacher ‘s change and growth depends on sublimating the concept of their teaching with respect, listening to their teaching belief. To culminate more successful counseling is around the corner.
