Meng-shan Hsieh, intern of our company(please address the company’s name in detail) last year , was so energative and proficient that trigger our company to be more efficient and productive.

During that time, our company was initiating a business co-operation contract with a factory in Romania, it’s so incredible that overloading translations and negotiations didn’t knock her down and out at all, furthermore, she never complainted a word and handled it perfectly ahead of time.
 
There is one thing, I was particularly impressed with her capability , as the business expand tremendously, we needed to rent a warehouse in short time, Meng-shan, accompanied me along with the housing company to see the house, As soon as we paid the downpayment and signed our contract on the next day. the landlord changed their mind and leased it out. “to fight or to flight” was perplexed in everyone’s mind.
 
Meng-shan was so calm than others. Having discussed with the lawyer consultant and relatives, she mailed me a very humane,reasonable and lawful letter for the landloard.  
 
Her positive and bright attitude win my best trust and I let her contact with the landlord.

At last, we got a cheaper prise for our warehouse without any lawsuit. And a bouquet from landlord when we moved in.
 
I really appreciate Meng-shan, her sincere and humble attitude inspires us a lot. Our door is always open for her. She is our sunshine and loveshine for ever and ever.
