留著一頭懶散長髮,看起來頗像一位波西米亞人,卻操著一口的美國腔,有一半英國血統和一半義大利血統.不管從娘家算還是從婆家算,他都是地道的歐洲人.從小Jack Savoretti就跟著父母在歐洲四處遷徙,直到在瑞士的一家美國子弟學校落腳,在那兒小Jack染上了一口美國口音,為這還被人取笑為”Transatlantic Mutt”.於是,Jack Savoretti便喜歡上了寫詩,這幾乎成了他每天必做的事,如果就這麼寫下去,也許這世界上就多了一個美國口音的歐洲詩人.不過在他16歲的時候,他媽媽給了他一把吉他,Jack Savoretti開始愛上這個玩物,把自己寫的詩放到音樂裡去,從此欲罷不能,一個著作詩人意外地成了一位彈唱詩人

這裡的"俄羅斯輪盤"可不是指賭場玩的那種，而是──死亡遊戲，更精確的說是："自殺"遊戲。一些電影或小說裡都有出現過，一把多發的手槍(一般來說都是六發的左輪手槍)放入一顆子彈(當然也可以是多顆)，上膛之後轉一下輪盤就不知道那子彈在哪裡，幾個人輪流舉槍朝自己的頭開槍直到有人中槍或不敢扣板機。也就是說，通常至少會有一個人會死在自己手上，但是不知道是誰，所以也是場賭博，賭注是你的命。這中玩命遊戲起源自俄羅斯的監獄，所以叫俄羅斯輪盤。
聽歌名也知道這首歌晦暗的程度，但是真的好聽。MV沒有很血腥，但是多少會顫慄，畢竟這種賭命的遊戲我們可玩不起。
