Using a hard comb to comb the hair touching the head scalp every day, of course in the morning. Combing thoroughly - I have done this every single day for more than 50 years. Combing through is the kind of dry wash, wet wash can be done at least 3 days apart in a week is enough. Always want to share with you the good habit which helps my health so far. Love Mum |
