基本上，必須切換成 root 的權限，才會調校成功
輸入 su
輸入你的 root 密碼
vim /etc/default/rcS
把UTC=yes
改成UTC=no
按 :wq 寫入離開
回到 root 底下
輸入 tzselect
開始選擇時區
