Portland 's Best Rose for 2008 is 'Rainbow Sorbet.' The rose scored the most overall points of those judged Sunday at Portland 's International Rose Test Garden . It also was selected as the best floribunda. A panel of non-expert judges selected the rose from more than 25 at the garden.
The rose, hybridized by Ping Lim of Bailey Nurseries in Yamhill, is available at local nurseries, but it's best to call first to check supplies.
