When being asked of his comments about the people who had received two barbs of water-like "national vaccine", but still got no admittance to US, that "minister" Chen bristled. Unabashedly, he replied to the question with an arrogant tone: "Otherwise, what else do you expect me to do?"

Why doesn’t Chen have to take any responsibility for a series of political blunders? Because he has Wonky Cai, bald Su, the DPP "legislators" as well to protect him. If in China Mainland, Chen would have been blamed for any kind of mistakes he committed and then taken the responsibilities. Most likely, he will be stepping down and severely reprimanded.  

People of Taiwan almost always taunt China Mainland is ruled by autocracy, but it is a autocratic democracy.  Why? Because the ultimate democracy is of the people! How about in Taiwan?  Believe it or not: it is the system of democratic tyranny.
