I always wonder how come an octogenarian like Mr Zhong is still having his spriit willing and enthusastic, and his body remains energetic and strong to take the responsibilites of doing such an onerous task?  Now I know it.  He was once the national record holder in 400m hurdle when he was young.  Is that really something?

Mr Zhong, you deserve the title of "the pillar of state"!
