The other day I translated an article 試譯 有一種活法，叫“當你老了” at http://blog.udn.com/kkuo0810/149879895. The story begins with an aged citizen who did not have a health QR code, which made him unable to enter a subway station at Dalian.
Now I found another indepth reportage regarding the inconvenience or even the hardship for learning to use QR and other new techs had made over two hundred million seniors struggle to accommodate themselves to a brand new world, which badly affecting their daily life in China Mainland today, especially in big cities; however, most of them are still helpless.
I can predict that People Congress in duo session next year will seriously address such a problem and will work out some feasible measures to make the new tech more friendly and accessible to the aged users.
PS It is fortunate, or unfortunate, for the old people of Taiwan. The senior over seventy such as I and others have yet to suffer the odeal as our counterparts in Mainland.
