不能“人道”

人道 means "humane", "humanitarian", while 不能“人道” usually and jokingly refers to a condition of (sexual) impotence.

That Wonky Cai declared the other day that Taiwan will provide assistence to those rioters of HK on "humanitarian" basis, case by case.  Well, even she and DPP adminstration are so "humane", I think such an offer of lip-service kind is absolutely "impotent".  Dare she let those perverted HKers into Taiwan under the current regulation of across-strait relationship act?  Will islanders agree to let Taiwan be a political asylum?

Oh, I forgot.  According to some report, over 30% of HK residents have own themselves more than one passport: that for HK SAR only.  Maybe they have already had natioality of the US, Canada, Australia, or UK.  Those "elite" can come to Taiwan anytime alright, and those guys are the ringleaders of the riots.  Central government in Beijing, I believe you know how and what to do.  Do not use political or even military ways to crack down the riots, use economic and financial ways!  The same measures can also be applicable to Taiwan, someday, somehow.
