咖啡有此妙用?

If you are in my age, and if you do not suffer from insomnia, incontinence, and constipation, most likely you are a happy and healthy old guy.  Congratulations!

How about myself?  Well, if I do excercises regularly in the afternoons, then I can sleep well in the night.  Once in a while I would not be able to control my bladders well, so incontinence is an imminent threat to me now.  So far I do not have problems acting bowel movement everyday, though I have sensed that my bowels are not that pliant as they are used to be. 

But my son said he has somehow got constipation already, and he told me that is why he must drink coffee every morning, for that black liquer do help make his bowels move.  I am not sure about that, but I have started to make myself a cup of that stuff every morning since my son left for his home and left an unfinished bottle of instant coffee to me after his staying with us during Lunar Year festival.

What does my body tell me after I drink my coffee?  Does it really help make the movement work more smoothly?  Well, it seems so, or maybe it is just my imagination.  FYR, anyway.

煮燕麥也許更好?

你吃纖維食物嗎?

多喝水嗎?多站少坐也是不錯的。

每天喝杯蘋果汁試試。

也許真的是心理作用使然。 多喝水,多吃蔬果,經常走路可能比較有幫助。
