An piece of caricature illustrating the looks of an office worker that deeply impressed me many years ago: a listless employee complained he could not do a thing until he had had his first cup of coffee.  I was inspired and influenced, and since then in the office I just could not start to do a serious thing until I have had my first sip of tea for the day.  Now I have retired, and my "habit" have also changed: I cannot do a thing until I have got my daily defecation done.

Thanks to Heaven, so far so good.  That signifies I have not been tormented by one of the infliction that often troubles seniors: constipation.  But I have begun to be troubled by another one: incontinence.  You know, I can urinate regularly without difficulties, and normally I can control my bladder for a long span.  But in some critical moments, I just cannot control it.  I guess before long I may need to wear adult diapers.

People may often have sneering comments on those who do not have much ambition but only care about "eating, drinking, defecating, urinating, and sleeping".  Well, I agree on the comments, but I think those five "things" are also indispensable, and they must be well taken care of everyday, especially for seniors.  So dear fellow seniors, good luck!
