Cai administration seemed to be unshakable in its determination of giving green light to Japanese food products from nuclear-radiated areas that might have been contaminated out of 311 tsunami seven years ago.

Needless to say, Cai administration backtracked its previous stance again and succumbed to the stress from Jap in extremely lopsided trade talk.  Cai dreamed about the slim chance in joining TPP (or CPTPP, whatever), and so sacrificed Taiwans interest without anything gained, such as fishing right and inbalanced trade deficit.  

However, successful supply hinges upon effective demand.  If the consumers in Taiwan has awareness of Japs evil scheme and refuse to eat Japanese food, no importers will engage in a business that is bound to lose.  But how can we tell those islanders who are so thrillied at seeing Jap food to keep their begging hands off those junks? 

FYI, according to report, Taiwans representive to Japan, that crooked Xie, expressed that since Chinas Mainland is going to let Jap food in, so should Taiwan.  Wanna a bet, Mr Xie?  China will never do such a stupid thing unless CCP is prepared to step down.  The fact is, Japs minister of forign affairs is visiting China right now, trying to pave the way for Abe to have a state visit in China.  What Abe is anxious about seeing President Xi?  The answer is Japan has a desperate craving for joing Chinas Belt and Road plan, as well as for hoping China to exert pressure on North Korea as to alleviate the treat of nucleal attack.  Anything to exchange?  Cai and DPP, youd better watch out.
