女兒二八的生日「敢」言

大概很難找到像我老公一樣直白的求婚者，當年的他說:「因為妳是我見過最能吃苦的女孩」。

也大概很難找到像我一樣笨，會對這種求婚句心動並答應結婚的女孩。

吃苦耐勞的蜂鳥，連生孩子也會挑對日子，不是羅曼蒂克的情人節、一家團聚的感恩節、聖誕節，或是逼著老公子女牢記親恩的母親節。

我是在勞工節Labor Day那天，經過長達18小時的Labor後，生下老大。

可能看她媽吃苦吃多了，我家老大從baby起，就是個乖巧不吵、爸媽吃飯就睡覺的孩子；青春期也沒叛逆，自動自發、自稱是「低維修女兒」(low maintenance girl)；長大早早獨立，是妹妹們的指標，也是職場上幹練負責的結構工程師。
生日快樂，老媽還是一句老話~Don't work too hard!

There's many reasons to propose to your dream girl. No one can beat my hubby's.
30 years ago, he proposed with this statement : Because you are the most hardworking girl I've ever met.
Well, keep the long story short. I accepted his proposal and become a hardworking wife.
Two years later, my first child was born on LABOR DAY, after 18 hours of labor.
Thanks God!Since the day she was born, Elisa is a super considerate baby. Almost every married friend who met her would be
simply motivated. Suddenly, everyone was having baby in the choir we joined.

She had no terrible two or rebellious teen. One time she told me : I am your low-maintenance daughter. That's so true!

Happy Birthday Elisa, I miss our trip at Olympic National Park two years ago. Wish you have a great day and, DON'T WORK TOO HARD!
