Intelligentsia Coffee

I live in Chicago area.  I have tried both of the beans before.  Honey Badger Espresso is quite an interesting blend.  I had one shot from the shop, but I am not sure if I like it.  It has very distinct flavor not quite like other espresso on the market.  I will need to give it another try.  The Kenyan one is really nice.  I usually use French Press for Intellgentsia's non-espresso beans.

I just tried the Kenya one two days ago.  I made it with an espresso machine.  It certainly has a fruity note to it and the depth of it is quite impressive.  Making it in the form of espresso brings out a full-body flavor, so it is not a bad choice either.  Next time I'll try a different grind and make it with a French press as you suggested and see if I like it better that way.

I have not tried the Honey Badger one yet. It's a blend of coffee beans from different regions, so it will be interesting to see what kind of flavor it brings out.
