花椰菜濃湯

我愛喝濃湯,魯蛋不!!!

所以我們偶爾才會煮一次濃湯。


超市裡,大大的一顆花椰菜,

能煮出一大鍋健康營養的濃湯。

冷冷的夜裡,溫暖了我們的胃。


材料:

洋蔥 1 onion, chopped

奶油 3 tablespoons butter

花椰菜 1 cauliflower about 2 pounds, chopped into pieces

麵粉 1/4 cup flour

『半對半』 鮮奶油 2 cups half and half

水 1 1/2 cups water

雞高湯1 can chicken broth

起士(我用了兩種)

1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

鹽巴、胡椒粉少許 slat and pepper to taste

芥末醬(我用Dijon)1 teaspoon dijon mustard

新鮮洋香芹少許(自家院子種的,整年都新鮮)some fresh parsley

培根碎少許 some bacon bits

做法(How to make):


1)先將食材切好。Chop the onion and the cauliflower.



2)熱鍋,加入奶油,將洋蔥炒到香軟。

In a large pot melt butter and cook the chopped onion until translucent and soft.



3)撒上麵粉,攪拌均勻。Whisk in the flour.



4)慢慢加入半對半奶油、水跟雞高湯。

Gradually stir in half and half, water and chicken broth.



5)加入花椰菜,煮到滾。

Add chopped cauliflower and bring the heat to boiling.



6)轉中小火,將花椰菜煮爛,約十五分鐘,時不時喇一下。

Reduce the heat to medium low and let the cauliflower cook for 15 minutes.

Stir it occasionally.



7)準備好食物料理機,將湯分次倒入打碎,高溫!小心!

Prepare your blender, blend the soup in batches until smooth.

Hot! Watch out while you do this.



8)將打碎的湯料放回鍋中,中火再加熱煮滾。

Return the smooth soup back to the pot and heat it to medium heat.


9)加入芥末醬跟起士。

Add in dijon mustard and cheese. Stir until everything is well blended.



10) 加上鹽巴、胡椒做最後的調味。

Add in black pepper and salt to taste.

撒上培根碎跟香洋芹跟碎起士~

多美阿!

Garnish with fresh parsley, shredded cheddar cheese and becon bits.

Enjoy~
