61・懶惰的人啊,你要睡到幾時呢?你何時覺醒呢?(箴6:9)
How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep? (Proverbs 6:9)
62・我兒,應堅守你父親的誡令,不放棄你母親的教訓。應將二者永刻於心;繫於你頸。因為父命是盞燈,母教是光明,誡律的糾正是生命的正道(人生的活路)。(箴6:20-21,23)
My son, keep your father's commands and do not forsake your mother's teaching. Bind them upon your heart forever; fasten them around your neck. For these commands are a lamp, this teaching is a light, and the corrections of discipline are the way to life.((Proverbs6:20-21,23))
63・若你有智慧,必自受益;若你褻慢,必獨自受苦。(箴9:12)
If you are wise, your wisdom will reward you; if you are a mocker, you alone will suffer.(Proverbs 9:12)
64・不義之財毫無益處,但公義能救人離死。(箴10:2)
Ill-gotten treasures are of no value, but righteousness delivers from death.(Proverbs 10:2)
65・義人的口,是生命的泉源;但殘暴覆沒惡人的口。仇恨引起爭端,但仁愛覆蓋一切過失。(箴10:11-12)
The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked.Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers over all wrongs.(Proverbs 10:11-12)

70・行正道的人,敬畏上主;走邪徑的人,鄙視上主。謹慎人的智慧,在於審察自己的行止;愚癡人的蠢處,在於自欺欺人。有些道路,看來不錯;走到盡頭,卻是覆滅(滅亡)。(箴14:2,8,12)
He whose walk is upright fears the LORD, but he whose ways are devious despises him. The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways, but the folly of fools is deception. There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.(Proverbs14:2,8,12)
71・少有財寶,敬畏上主,好過多有財寶,動盪不安。(箴15:16)
Better a little with the fear of the Lord than great wealth with turmoil.(Proverbs 15:16)
72・人有智慧就有生命的泉源;愚昧人必被他的蠢事懲治。(箴16:22)
Understanding is a fountain of life to those who have it, but folly brings punishment to fools.(Proverbs 16:22)
73・凡以惡(怨)報德的,禍患必不離他家。(箴17:13)
If anyone returns evil for good, evil will not depart from his house.(Proverbs 17:13)
74·清(淡)酒令人輕狂,濃酒使人發瘋; 醉酒鬧事者,皆無智慧。(箴20:1)

77・要聽從的是生你的父親,母親老了,不可藐視她。(箴23:22)

78・「無義! 無義」 ! 訓道者說: 「一切全無實義,萬事皆虛妄」。(訓1:2)

80・不要因生活墮落而自招喪亡,也不要因你們雙手的作為而自取滅亡。因為天主並未創造死亡,也不樂意生靈滅亡。(智1:12-13)
Seek not death in the error of your life, neither procure ye destruction by the works of your hands. For God made not death, neither hath he pleasure in the destruction of the living.(Douay-Rheims Wisdom1:12-13)
81・他造萬物是要它們生存; 在地球上他造的王國都健康有復原力;本身都沒有致命的毒素,地球上也沒有地獄陰府。因為正義是永存不滅的。但是,不義之人,因他們的言行自招死亡。(智1:14-16)
For he created all things that they might be; and he made the nations of the earth for health; and there is no poison of destruction in them, nor kingdom of hell upon the earth. For justice is perpetual and immortal. But the wicked with works and words have called it to them: and esteeming it a friend have fallen away, and have made a covenant with it: because they are worthy to be of the part thereof.(Douay-Rheims Wisdom 1:14-16)
82・天主造的人,原是不死不滅的,依自己本質的形像衪造了人。但因魔鬼的嫉妒,死亡才來到世界(人間):只有與他結緣的人,才經歷死亡。(智2:23-25)
For God created man incorruptible, and to the image of his own likeness he made him. But by the envy of the devil, death came into the world: And they follow him that are of his side. (Douay-Rheims Wisdom 2:23-25)
83・可敬的高壽不在悠久的年華,也不在年歲的衡量: 但理解一個人在於他(歲月)的白髮。高壽在於活的純潔。(智4:8-9)
For venerable old age is not that of long time, nor counted by the number of years: but the understanding of a man is grey hairs. And a spotless life is old age.(Douay-Rheims Wisdom 4:8-9)
84・智慧的起點,是真心切願領受教誡。保護教誡的是愛: 愛即在於遵守智慧的律法;遵守律法,便是不朽的保證。不朽使人親近天主。(智6:18-19)
For the beginning of her is the most true desire of discipline. And the care of discipline is love: and love is the keeping of her laws; and the keeping of her laws is the firm foundation of incorruption.( Douay-Rheims Wisdom 6:18-19)
85・智者眾多,是世界的福祇。(智6:26)
Now the multitude of the wise is the welfare of the whole world: and a wise king is the upholding of the people.(Douay-Rheims Wisdom 6:26)
86・會死的人們,思想是恐懼的,我們人的計謀是無常(沒保證)的。賴智慧獲得救援。(智9:14,19)
For the thoughts of mortal men are fearful, and our counsels uncertain. For by wisdom they were healed, whosoever have pleased thee, O Lord, from the beginning.(Douay-Rheims Wisdom 9:14,19)
87・叫他們知道,人用什麼來犯罪,就用什麼來折磨他。(智11:17)

For the whole world before thee is as the least grain of the balance, and as a drop of the morning dew,that falleth down upon the earth. 89・敬畏上主是智慧的開始;敬畏上主是智慧的圓滿;敬畏上主是智慧的根源。(德1:16,20,25)
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and was created with the faithful in the womb, it walketh with chosen women, and is known with the just and faithful. To fear God is the fulness of wisdom, and fulness is from the fruits thereof. The root of wisdom is to fear the Lord; and the branches thereof are long lived. (Douay-Rheims Ecclesiasticus1:16,20,25)
90・(愛敬天主)孝敬父親的人,日日祈禱,且避免犯罪,必(得赦免)能贖罪;必蒙天主應允。孝敬母親的人,就如積蓄珍寶的人。(德3:4-5)
