for our renters kids go to schoold(203 district), spent whole day to submit documents

--it began in 2013 that house owners have to fill the form provided by Naperville 203 community unit school district Centralized Enrollment Office Affidavit of Lessor

i knew part of reason to reduce non residents took advantage(paied less as residents), and also try to kick off illegal immigrations even they paied.

the question is in the past we just signed the form but this year we have to prove we are the owner by submit property tax bill statement, the evidence we paied tax fee. the lease copy.

we both retired and out of date, the worst frequently our printer/scan machine got this and that trouble as ridiculous update happens. when we received our renter email (Affidavit of Lessor which affidavit #2 was missing). we could print it but the scan malfunction cant email back the signed paper(affidavit #1).

however my spouse found out the renter can sign the paper by themselves as 3rd party resident affidavit #3 and page 2 of 2. so can reduce his pressure to fix scaner problem ight away.

ie the renter mark affidavit #3, mark category II the 2 documents are attached.
ps attatch categoryII gas(or water or electric) bill plus credit card(or bank or cable service...) statement .

i bet our renter not sure it works so requested the school(or Enrollment Office) to contact us then email us affidavit #2.

my spouse really went crazy because he cant print it when he tried to fix scanner problem the machine totally screwed up. myself immediately told the officer that i can thru cell phone cameras made photos and email back with affidavit #1, however my spouse found out in affidavit #1 has to answear the relationship with the kids, so asked the officer could we just mark "the kids are renters" so can be ok.

i totally agree with 专家Jay 预期 usa 寿命增加的时代结束 and caused by “系统性问题” .
such lousy system would be worse and worse without doubt.
basse on our miserable yesterday experiences i can point out the serious problems:
1. most time we didn't receive dupage county property tax bill statement, not sure caused by the person stole or postman delivered to wrong address or county system messed up. this year i visited county website(didn't receive statement, a month earlier than due date) l and paied $3087, then we received notice that $52.99 short pay and just in time paied off. this is 3rd time that on line county website amount was incorrect(or were previous year) since 2016. the 1st time in 2016 we forced to pay penalty $91.64 because didn't receive, didn't visit website. 2017 lucky me verify website twice found short pay and was told not too earlier visit website that would be previous data, 2018 i'm so sure won't happen but the amount still not right. i'm already freaky neurvous that didn't receive mail, and can't earlier no later visit website or heavy penalty.issues. ps this is very easy to solve if county can put mark the amount is previous year or current year to pay..
fortunately because got short pay notice so i can do for renter's kids document.

not only property tax statement but 1099-R too.

we also didn't receive one of my spouse 1099-R statement, last year we can't but went to bank got copy because it happens since the pension related sold to the bank in 2014?. no matter how hard called both and submitted form every year still not work. in 2017 because so afraid that IRS might issue serieous penalty i'm so appreciated the problem took care by the banker so we did 2 pensions auto deposit,open 2 accounts, credit cards and bought CDs(also got $500 bonus,the 3% rate is good comparing other 0.1x% even today).

2nd since 2013 every year has to submit the aff with other documents. we still don't know which aff # we should use. because very unclear. it could solve by mark aff #1 for house owner and their related kids; #2 for house owner and renter kids; #3 for renters and their kids.(ps i am still not sure whether that is, and obviously #3 seemed not enough or our renter won't bother us at all).

not just aff, all government related are unbelivable very wordy but no one knew what exactly means and how to do it especially IRS, Obama's healthcare, medicare and other health insurance related(such as humana, hospital bill statements including on line) .

again it is easy solved just make a table or (such as my way alt del ctrl, click task manager, click microsfot edge, right click, click end task then you can solve microsfot edge dead lock and restart).

3. as O.S, software (application) i would say there is no hope in usa but strongly encourage china software engineers replace MicroSoft, internet, all kind drivers for printer/scaner, notepad, money software... no one can suffer frequently update caused serious this and that not work any more.

4. i can see more and more documents requested caused by many frauds. it also easy to solve.

a. stop issuing malicious endless wars. you see Fart lun kun type evil regions, criminals groups,... all leaders ran to usa enjoy their luxsury life by sucking out pity victims which americans also are cheated. usa master use them to drag down china but ignore americans victims. this is why so many frauds happen in usa and police too busy can't(very likely close their eyes) catch.

b.it is no use as my spouse declared what's good for building mexica-usa border walls. our ancestors told us 道高一尺魔高一丈, the more documents provided the more personal informations leaking out.

this year our financial related websites password very weird changed frequently. the 1st thing i told my spouse(i am really very hate him spoil the 3rd person stealing everything from us) the 3rd person did because has all our financial statements including passports/driver licence/marriage certificate..., every bank safety box keys/house keys,... the person wants more and more.

when fidelity offer voice recognized this year, i don't think it works because the person installed device can recording our conversation(voice).

after the officer received my email back lease, bank statements. then told me has to sign affidavit #2 and our lease was expired either a new one or write down by hand as "renter names resides at our address. And is on a month to month lease" hoping it can be accepted(that moment the officer also not sure it works).
my husband already lost temper that everything is not right...he yelled mother fuck system made no sense at all...he can't deal it any more....
so i emailed again and pointed we did mark "lease extended to 2019" and signed it on bottom of the last lease page. but we stii can write it if accepted. And beg the officer that my disabled husband lost temper already, hope tomorrow can recover printer portion and email affdavit #2. the officer agreed.
my spouse didn't feel well went to bed. i google searched how to solve printer/scaner machine problem. And found out Samsung sold out printer-related business to Hp. Again none tech support can help. i watched and read lot others provided how they solved it or not.
finall my spouse got up as i had questions to asked him(he instatlled the whole system), i tried very hard not irritated him. and then 1st hard copy works 2nd the printer recovered but not scan function. finally we printed out affdavit #2, used cell phone camera made a photo then emailed to the officer and renter(they also need to sign).
i verified my spouse whether he felt better after we done the job. he thanks to me solve the problem. and i told him without him i can't solve it because i still didn't know how i fixed it.

1. renter : I am sending you this from my sons (email)address because My phone is broken I was hoping you could fill out this form that the kids need for school. It is very last minute I didn’t realize they were going to need it done every year. Thanks in advance and sorry for the hassle I appreciate it.

2.me:my husband just got your email and he is not frequently check his emails. in the future could you just email to my account xxx. i would email back you within an hour.(ps that moment didn't know our scaner not working)
by the way did you pay the club house yet? last time they still mail to me for not received then stopped.--i thought could $60 renter forgot pay off may caused more trouble(we already did earlier this year, not understanding why community club could be wittness but didn't) .

he found out you can sign the paper by yourself as 3rd party resident affidavit #3 and page 2 of 2.

and you mark affidavit #3, mark category II the 2 documents you attached.

let me know if you still want the paper we signed, we can drive to your house today any time.

me: i already sent to you 3 photos: 2 are leased 1st and last pages(signed). and 1 property tax bill statement we received from dupage.

here is our payment paied from our xxx bank (06182018.pdf) statement. 5/10 $3087 5/25/18 $52.99,

and 8/25/2018 $3139.99(not yet).

officer :The lease that is on file is expired. I need a new one with the aff 2. If you can not get the aff 2 can you type a letter stating that (name of family) resides at……. And is on a month to month lease. Hopefully that will be acceptable.

me:

we did write down in the last page(lease) which we signed as "Lease extended to 2019". however we still can write a letter(i will email to you soon).

by the way the affidavit #2 we can't print out because when my spouse tried to fix scanner then the machine screwed up. we did print out our renter emailed to us(no affidavit #2) earlier and we thought we should sign affidavit #1 but my spouse saw the kids relation to us. do you think we can write down the kids are renters(nothing to do with us), so i can send you the photo copy.

ps will you explain to the renter that the letter just for conviently and it still a year lease base and auto renew. i don't want they misunderstand.

finally we email back aff #2 after i with my spouse recovered printer function.....before 10:00pm. we worked on it since 6:30- Am when my spouse received it this morning which dated yesterday 3-4Pm.

..he yelled mother fuck system made no sense at all...he can't deal with it any more.... --it is very weird. the printer with scaner together(one machine, wireless, wifi connection), can't figure out why print pc files thru network connection works but scanner got network connection failed. indeed made no sense at all. i have no idea how i recovered printing but scaner still not.
