１９９０年７月, 專輯同名歌曲〔Unison〕以第二主打發行。

由Andy Goldmark＆Bruce Roberts創作, 原本由美國R&B/dance 藝人Junior （Junior Giscombe）為１９８３年湯姆克魯斯（Tom Cruise）主演的運動電影［All the Right Moves］原聲帶灌錄。

席琳版由作者Andy Goldmark製作成一首舞曲-流行曲, 在中板的強勁節拍中, 狄翁的嗓音扎實有力。

〔Unison〕登上加拿大單曲榜＃３８　魁北克電台榜＃６

１９９１年１１月,在日本發行單曲。

直於其它地區, 則作為［The Last To Know］的B面歌曲
