除參與１２首歌曲創作外, 也擔任共同-製作人, 取得部份創作主導權

這張大碟深受科技（Techno）, 英國流行（Britpop）, 電子音樂（Electronica）,神遊舞曲（Trip-Hop）,House…等曲風影響, 跟以前的專輯迥然不同, 被視為米洛最實驗性的作品

樂評好壞兩極：英國評價不佳, 但澳, 美方面則一致好評

英國榜＃１０　但很快離開排行榜, 成為凱莉事業銷售最低的大碟

成為她事業最低潮

首支主打［Some Kind of Bliss／某種幸福］在１９９７年９月推出

由凱莉與James Dean Bradfield &Sean Moore合寫

後兩人製作成一首英倫流行／另類搖滾,

吉他與鼓聲主導編曲, 米洛的嗓音詮釋扎實。
