成員包括Gianfranco Bortolotti, Luca Cittadini, Diego Leoni ,Pieradis Rossini與主唱 Ann-Marie Smith

名字來自美式足球隊舊金山49人（San Francisco 49ers）

１９８８年推出首支單曲［Die Walküre／女武神］　登上法國單曲榜＃２０

１９８９年１２月, ４９人推出第三單曲［Touch Me／觸碰我］（BCM／Media出版）　

此曲部份取樣美國靈魂樂天后艾瑞莎富蘭克林（Aretha Franklin）歌曲［Rock-A-Lott］＆Alisha Warren［Touch Me］

因此作者包括Narada Michael Walden, Paul Witts ,Rob Manley ,Preston W. Glass 與Gianfranco Bortolotti＆Pietro Rossini

Gianfranco Bortolotti將其製作成一首義大利浩室（Italo House）／舞曲, 節拍輕快

即使只是取樣, 但艾瑞莎富蘭克林在主歌部份相當突出, 讓筆者以為她是主唱。
