１９９８年末／１９９９年初　５２歲的美國演藝巨星雪兒（Cher）以歐式舞曲［Believe］與同名專輯在歌壇成功東山再起

不少中年藝人也跟進唱起舞曲　希望能重振事業

美國歌壇天后黛安娜羅絲（Diana Ross）是其中一位

１９９９年５月　５５歲的黛安娜發行大碟［Every Day is a New Day］

這是她跟Motown唱片第二次合約期的最後一張唱片

找來Arif Mardin,Gen Rubin,Malik Pendleton,Chuckii Booker製作　樂評普通

當時羅絲在聲勢下滑過甚　商業成績亦不佳

只登上Billboard專輯榜＃１０８,英國榜＃７１

首支主打為［Until We Meet Again／直到我們再相見］　由Denise Rich＆Gen Rubin譜寫

由Ric Wake, Gen Rubin製作成一首R&B抒情曲  委婉感性

此曲並沒擠入Billboard單曲榜  只打入副榜──R&B榜＃７３

不過其舞曲混音則拿到舞曲播放榜亞軍＆舞曲混音銷售榜＃３９

算是蘿絲在１９９０年代末最後一首舞廳熱門曲
