這是翻唱美國搖滾團體杜比兄弟１９７３年的名曲　由Tom Johnston譜寫　當年拿下Billboard單曲榜＃８

據聞當芭娜娜拉瑪在籌備［Pop Life］大碟, 只剩一首歌時, 她們瀏覽製作人Youth的唱片蒐集時, 發現此曲, 決定灌錄

Youth將其製作成一首Dance-Pop,並融入拉丁樂器

MV配合曲風, 芭娜娜拉瑪扮成西班牙盛裝女郎, 在城堡中舉行宴會, 並在臥室與男人調情

［Long Train Running］登上英國單曲榜＃３０

葡萄牙＃１０　愛爾蘭＃１８　義大利＃３３　德國＃４５　比利時＃４７　澳洲＃１７９

由於這回單曲表現不佳　導致［Pop Life］銷售不佳  只拿下英國榜＃４２

國際方面只有芬蘭＃８較佳　其它地區也不理想

進入１９９０年代的芭娜娜拉瑪也步入事業下滑期
