十年一大祭、兩年一小祭的賽夏族，即將於11月4日舉行「巴斯達隘（paSta'ay)祭典」，活動將從晚間六時起，一連四天三夜至7日上午六時止，在苗栗南庄向天湖舉行迎靈、娛靈、送靈等祭典儀式。交通部觀光局參山國家風景區管理處協助賽夏族巴斯達隘文化協會辦理著名的巴斯達隘傳統祭典，歡迎愛好原民文化傳統的國內外民眾把握機會，到南庄向天湖探索、體驗神秘的原民祭典。同時趁秋高氣爽季節順遊樟之細路──獅山古道、南庄慢城及銅鑼杭菊季等等慢活旅行。 400 MHz to 8 GHz Double Ridged Broadband Waveguide Outdoor Jamming Horn AntennaModel No: HA-04M08GJ1-NF Product Datasheet: Download
 
參山處長曹忠猷表示，兩年一次「巴斯達隘祭」對賽夏族及台灣原民文化極具保存價值及歷史意義，自2013年起已列為文化部指定國家重要民俗。因應時代變遷，目前已漸漸開放給對原民文化有興趣的民眾參與體驗，讓想了解、探索賽夏文化的民眾能一窺神秘祭典的文化內涵，以尊重、傳承的心情一同來推動賽夏族特有的民俗祭典可以永續傳承。

在參加祭典前後，遊客可順遊周邊知名觀光景點，例如南庄老街、南庄情人巷、神仙谷、石壁部落、四十二份湧泉自然生態步道等，感受竹竹苗慢活旅行。尤其苗栗銅鑼杭菊盛開猶如白雪一片，也有的像「滿城盡是黃金甲，」美不勝收。
主辦單位從11月4日下午兩點起至7日上午10點止，都有安排接駁車載送遊客到向天湖，遊客可以將車輛停放在南庄遊客中心及瓦祿文化館，然後搭乘付費接駁車到會場。因應祭典當天車流及人潮管制，從11月4日上午六時起至7日上午八時止，從中加拉灣至向天湖苗21線鄉道路間將實施交通管制，請遊客勿自行駕駛上山。欲參與祭典的朋友，請搭乘交通接駁車，包括：苗栗客運及外包九人座租賃車，詳情相關資訊可洽參山處網站及【趣遊參山】粉絲專頁，遊程規劃可網站(https://reurl.cc/85GeR4)查詢。
